How an employer gets listed
Workers report their payAnonymously, on the pay data page. One report per person per employer every 90 days.
Five or more reportsNothing is shown until at least five people have reported for the same employer in the county.
Middle pay meets the standardHalf the reports are at or above the middle figure. When that figure meets the county's gross standard, the employer is listed.
Updated automaticallyThe list changes as reports come in and when new housing or tax data changes the standard. Employers can't pay to be listed.
